Beginning May 13 and every Wednesday thereafter, the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Lounge in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will stage “Wine Down Wednesday” featuring hand selected wines from various vineyards across the globe.
Among the wines that will be available this month include: Chalone Chard, Chateau St. Michelle Eroica Reisling, Duckhorn Sauv Blanc, Dynamite Cab, Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir and Wente Crane Ridge Merlot.
In addition, Head Chef of Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Chef Michael Balles has designed a special tasting menu to accompany the unique wine selection.
The innovative cuisine includes: Buffalo Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs, Council Oak Chips, Artisinal Cheese & Charcuterie, Grilled Flat Bread, Barbeque Oysters, Council Oak Sliders, Mini Cheese Steaks, Ybor Crab Croquets and Bruschetta.
All glasses of wine and menu items will cost $10, allowing guests to dive in and explore the various flavors of Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, including glasses of wine that are generally only available by the bottle.
Reservations are not required for “Wine Down Wednesday” and guests can uncork and “wine down” from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Wednesday.
