Hard Rock Cafe Tampa is ready to party like its 1971!

On June 14, 1971, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first-ever Hard Rock Cafe in London and an iconic brand was born. To honor the brand’s founders and celebrate the brand’s birthday, Hard Rock Cafe Tampa will offer a Legendary Burger, 16-ounce beer and a milkshake for just $19.71 on Tuesday, June 14.

All Hard Rock Cafe team members will also be wearing 70’s attire to honor the big day.

Two music-loving Americans founded the first Hard Rock Cafe in an old Rolls Royce showroom in London. After Eric Clapton asked to hang his guitar in that location, Tigrett and Morton had a vision to combine music, memorabilia and food for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

Since opening its doors in 1971, Hard Rock has evolved into one of the most globally recognized entertainment brands, with 165 cafes, 23 hotels and 11 casinos across 69 countries.

Hard Rock International has also become a leader in live music, hosting more than 31,000 live music events in 2015.

More than four decades later, Hard Rock celebrates its birthday by staying true to the brand’s core mantra “Love All – Serve All.”
