Egg Nog Cookies

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of soft butter
- 10 ounces of granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2.25 cups of all purpose flower
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 ounces of egg nog
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugar in small mixer until light and fluffy
- Add egg yolks and blend
- Alternate the dry ingredients and egg nog into the mixer while mixing
- Mix until blended
- Scoop out preferred size using a ice cream scoop
- BAKE 21-24 MINS at 300 degrees
