The holidays are right around the corner and you’re probably still trying to lock in your plans for a foodie filled night out. We’ve got you covered with four restaurants and two festive cocktails to choose from. Whether it’s on Christmas Day or New Years Eve, we’re here to serve your budding appetite around the clock.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Christmas Day a la carte specials will be served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and include baked brie en croute; grilled plums and greens; cabernet braised lamb shank; espresso rubbed chateaubriand; oven roasted duck confit; and red velvet spearmint “candy cane” cheesecake for dessert.
The New Year’s Eve menu will include a frisee & pickled grapes salad, crab cake stuffed whole Maine lobster or 60-day aged bone-in prime rib (entrées) and warm salted caramel stuffed doughnuts for dessert.
The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Christmas Day feast between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. ($40 per person, plus tax; $35 for Seminole Wild Card Members; and $30 for Elite or XCARD members – can have one additional guest at this price). Items includes on the menu are carved to order herb roasted prime rib, grilled swordfish with blistered cherry tomatoes and smoky onions, carved spiral ham with bourbon brown sugar glaze, Christmas tamales in spicy tomato sauce, Yukon potatoes with bacon, apples and cheddar, and a delectable selection of holiday desserts from Executive Pastry Chef, Stephan Schubert.
The New Year’s Eve menu, which will be available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., will include pork osso bucco with balsamic onions, seafood paella, country fried chicken, crab risotto, bayou style, peel and eat shrimp and crawfish, coconut eggplant with basil and chilies as well as traditional salad bar offerings. Desserts will include an ice cream sundae bar and soda fountain as well as a dazzling array of hot and cold offerings.
On New Year’s Day, a brunch will be available.
Hard Rock Cafe
On both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, dining specials will include crispy roasted pork pernil and pumpkin cheesecake with cranberry sauce for dessert.
Additionally, a Mocha Bailey drink special will be available which includes Tia Maria, Baileys, Dark Crème de Cacao; Spiced Brown Sugar Monin and whipped cream.
Rise Kitchen & Bakery
Christmas Day specials will be available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. ($16 per person, plus tax) which will include a turkey dinner with cornbread stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, brussels sprout gratin, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy, as well as cedar planked salmon and northwest berry reduction, roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley. Eggnog cheesecake with cinnamon cream will be the dessert.
The New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day specials will include your choice of shrimp & grits or short ribs and a banana foster pie for dessert. Holiday pies (apple, cherry, pumpkin and pecan) are also available for $15 each.
A Christmas Mint cocktail will be available throughout the casino which includes Absolut Vanilia, Torta Bianca, Crème de Menthe Green and Simple Syrup, which is then shook with cream and topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermints.
