Grey Salt To Host Second Wine Dinner Featuring Robert Craig Winery

Grey Salt is hosting its second wine dinner on Thursday, April 7, in its spacious Wine Room featuring Robert Craig Winery and we’ve got everything you need to know.

The cocktail reception begins at 6:30pm followed by an innovative four-course meal at 7pm.

The courses are:

  • First: Crab + Morel Pappardelle
  • Second: Wood Grilled Local Grouper
  • Third: Beef Short Rib
  • Dessert: Fresh Ricotta Cannoli

The featured Robert Craig wines are:

  • Gap Crown Vineyards Chardonnay 2013
  • Affinity Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
  • Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
  • Howell Mountain Zinfandel 2012

Based in Napa Valley, Calif., Robert Craig Winery’s Vintner is Elton Slone, who is also the President and CEO. With a career in the luxury wine industry that spans nearly three decades, Slone’s daily focus at the winery is in farming, production and marketing.
