The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is hosting the 2015 Gasparilla Community Fund Charity Dinner featuring celebrity, Sissy Biggers from the CBS Early Show and Council Oak Steak & Seafood’s Room Chef Michael Balles.
Sissy has been showcased on Lifetime Television, Food Network and ABC’s Extreme Makeover. She has been known to convey “hot tips” in a fun, yet intelligent manner.
Chef Balles is known for bringing innovative recipes and flavors to Council Oak Steaks & Seafood.
The dinner will help benefit the Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla’s Community Fund, established to assist the community in times of need. The three-course meal with be complete with sommelier hand-selected wine pairings from Chalone Estates and winemaker Robert Cook.
