Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood , open 4 p.m. to midnight, is the ideal place for Easter dinner. Start off with Foie Gras Torchon with Brioche, Blackberry Gastrique and Pickled Vegetables ($21). Next, enjoy a Rolled Ribeye Cap with Cauliflower Purée, Bordelaise Sauce and Salsa Verde ($50). Finally, finish off with a Meyer Lemon-Raspberry Cheesecake with Multiple Layers of Lemon Sponge and Raspberry Cheesecake ($11).
Rise Kitchen & Bakery
Rise Kitchen & Bakery will be serving Easter Features all day long in their brand new location, right next to the hotel lobby. Enjoy Cedar Planked Salmon with Smashed Yukon Potatoes, Vegetable Medley and Berry Reduction ($19) and Strawberry Shortcake with a House-Made Biscuit, Plant City Strawberry Compote and Whipped Cream ($5).
Fresh Harvest, the seven-kitchen marketplace, will be serving from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the price is $45 plus tax.
In addition to their wide array of Easter offerings, the buffet will feature New York Strip Diane, Bourbon Glazed Ham, Carved Steamship of Beef, Pork Roulade and Oyster Rockefeller. There will also be a dazzling array of hot and cold desserts.
