The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa (SHRT) caters to guests from all over the world.  Recently, SHRT rolled out a premier butler service to ensure there is no request out of the realm of possibility for guests.

Meet George Fabrizio. He is the newly appointed Head Butler of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa and works with the biggest VIP guests of the property. George hails from Atlantic City, New Jersey and brings with him 28 years of experience to the specialized role of catering to the rich and famous. He told us that the highlight of his career was the time he worked as Frank Sinatra’s butler at The Sands Casino in Atlantic City.

Don’t ask George too many questions though. He notes that discretion is the most important aspect of his job, “What we see and do for the customer is very private, confidential and important,” but there is no limit to what he has to offer. He once walked a guest’s poodle in a New Jersey blizzard, which had over a foot of snow. The new butler service team in Tampa consists of four total butlers, in which George will oversee. They work primarily in the five suites that are off the market…meaning they aren’t for sale.

Some of his goals for Seminole Hard Rock Tampa are to make the customer experience as carefree as possible and to elevate the experience by delivering a “wow” factor tailored to each person.  It’s safe to say that George Fabrizio is the real life “genie in a bottle” for guests.
