1 John Fontana @HardRockJohn

John Fontana is President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. The Florida State University graduate oversees the day-to-day operations of a 12-story, 240-room hotel, one of the largest casinos in the world and more than 3,300 team members. Since initially being named General Manager of the original Seminole Casino Tampa over 25 years ago, Fontana has helped the property grow into an award-winning major entertainment destination that attracts world-renowned celebrities and is also the most successful casino in the United States.

2 Russ Christianson @HardRockRuss

Russ Christianson, Vice President of Slot Operations, is responsible for all aspects of the slot floor encompassing one of the busiest slot operations in the world at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. In addition to working in nearly every aspect of casino management, his focus over the years has been on staff management, casino internal controls and procedures, and collaborating on marketing and customer relations. He also helped to design new electronic gaming machines and developed the gaming floor layouts at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa.

3 Paul Mollo @HardRockPaul

Paul Mollo serves as the Vice President of Table Games & Poker. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the casino industry. In addition to assisting in the opening of table games at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa in 2008, Mollo has offered his extensive knowledge and expertise in the openings of Harrah’s Atlantic City Resort and Casino, Trump Plaza, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Classic Casino, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and Seminole Casino Immokalee.

4 David DeMontmollin @HardRockDemont

As the Vice President of Strategic Analytics at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa, David identifies and develops the strategic revenue opportunities for the property.  His oversight transcends marketing, operations, executive and corporate initiatives for Central Florida’s premier entertainment destination. Prior to joining the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa, David worked for Las Vegas based casinos, most notably, Green Valley Ranch Resort where he starred in the Discovery Channel’s reality TV show American Casino while working there. He’s also the author of three casino related books.

5 Maureen Keenan @HardRockKeenan

Maureen Keenan is the Vice President of Finance and has been in the gaming business for more than 30 years. A New Jersey native, she has been in her present position for over six years. Her responsibilities include the overall operation of Accounting, Financial Analysis, Cage, Count Rooms, Casino Credit, Compliance, Warehouse and Purchasing functions of a large gaming facility consisting of 4,500-plus slots, 120 table games, 50 poker tables, seven restaurants, a 240-room hotel, and six-plus service bars and lounges.

6 Jake Vanderlei @HardRockJake

Jake Vanderlei, Vice President of Casino Operations oversees the table games, slots and player development departments as well as components of the marketing operation.  Most recently, he was President & General Manager of Rotate Black Mississippi where he developed a $126 million casino project that received approval from (among others) the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Before his stint at Rotate Black Mississippi, he was the Regional Vice President of Gaming for MGM-Mirage.

7 JC Ayers @HardRockJC

Juana Ayers, newly appointed Vice President of Human Resources has 24 years of experience in Human Resources. Most recently, she provided leadership and strategic direction for all Human Resources functions at The Palms Casino in Las Vegas and also served on executive planning and policy-making committees as related to retirement, compensation, employee engagement and philanthropy. Among her many responsibilities at MGM Resorts International was the management of a $2.8 million department budget for both the MGM Grand and The Signature Suites.

8 Bill McNulty @HardRockBillM

Bill McNulty, Vice President of Operations is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has over 35 years of leadership experience in hospitality industry. Prior to his employment at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino Tampa, Bill led the Food & Beverage department at Harrah’s Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and had previously served in leadership roles at Bally’s Atlantic City, Mohegan Sun & Carnival’s Crystal Palace in Nassau Bahamas.  Bill now diligently oversees the largest department at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa including: hotel, food and beverage, facilities, wardrobe and public space. His team members are frequently considered leaders in the hospitality industry thanks to his tireless work ethic and leadership. His uncanny attention to detail serves as the gold standard for the AAA Four Diamond award Seminole Hard Rock has received for seven years in a row under his direction.
