$50,000 Job Fair Incentive & Team Member Appreciation

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host an open call Job Fair on Tuesday, June 4 and Wednesday, June 5, with the goal of hiring as many as 1,200 new full-time, part-time and on-call team members. The new positions are the result of the $700 million expansion of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, which is already Florida’s largest casino, set for completion in October.

Check-in for the open call Job Fair will begin at 9 a.m. on both days and continue until 2 p.m.  Applicants will check-in at an air-conditioned tent located on the north parking lot of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa complex at East Hillsborough Avenue and Orient Road. Candidates may participate in on-the-spot interviews and receive immediate job offers.

Positions will include cooks, restaurant staff, beverage servers, custodial staff, security officers, casino and hotel staff, and more. For those who are hired at the upcoming job fair at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa (June 4  and June 5), there will be an opportunity to earn cash incentives. Team members who successfully complete 90 days of employment will automatically be entered into a drawing and five will be awarded $5,000 each ($2,500 at 90 days of employment and then another $2,500 at 180 days of employment).

Additionally, five current team members will each be awarded $5,000. In both cases, the awarded money could assist with the repayment of student loans or towards future education reimbursements.
