The culinary team at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa has been busy in the kitchens cooking up the perfect Thanksgiving feast for you and your family on Thanksgiving Day. Four of our dining venues will be rolling out special customized menus on Thanksgiving Day. This year, don’t get stressed in the kitchen. Instead, join us on Thursday, November 24th and leave the cooking to us!
Thanksgiving specials will be served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and include butternut squash soup (appetizer), roasted heritage black turkey (entrée) and white chocolate croissant bread pudding (dessert).
The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Thanksgiving Day feast between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. ($45 per person, plus tax). Among the items on the menu include traditional roast turkey with giblet gravy, smoked turkey legs, Brussels sprouts with balsamic, pancetta and cranberries, green bean casserole with crispy mushrooms and melted onions and a selection of desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert.
Thanksgiving Day features will include pumpkin soup (appetizer), roasted turkey breast with sides (entrée) and pumpkin or pecan pie (dessert).
Chef Marc Murphy’s Mediterranean restaurant will be offering butternut squash bisque (first course), wood burning rotisserie turkey with sides (main course) and coal-roasted sweet potato pie (dessert).
