Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is planning special Thanksgiving Day menus in four of its seven restaurants.
Fresh Harvest, the seven-kitchen marketplace, will be available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the price is $40 plus tax.
In addition to the extensive variety of fresh offerings prepared in the restaurant’s seven live-action kitchens, the culinary team will feature Thanksgiving favorites throughout the day including traditional roast turkey with giblet gravy, Brussels sprouts with Applewood bacon, sautéed scallops “clam chowder style” with creamy leeks, individual stuffing muffins with house-made Italian sausage and caramelized onion and sharp cheddar bread pudding.
On the desserts list will be an assortment of pies, cakes and puddings to include homemade sweet apple cranberry pie, pumpkin pie, carrot cake, cranberry spiced pear cake, pumpkin spiced rice pudding and southern maple walnut bread pudding.
While Fresh Harvest will offer its extensive buffet, there will be other holiday dining options available at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, the Green Room and Rise Kitchen & Bakery.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, open 5 p.m. to midnight, will feature a menu consisting of roasted heritage black turkey and herb crusted turkey roulade with all the traditional extras ($27), as well as a dessert choice ($9). Reservations are recommended.
The Green Room’s menu will offer stuffed turkey breast, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and a vegetable of the day ($17.95) and then a dessert ($5). This restaurant is open 24 hours.
At Rise Kitchen & Bakery, guests can start off with roasted sweet potato soup ($4.50), before moving to the main course of herb rotisserie turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread sausage stuffing, green beans topped with roasted almonds and cranberry sauce ($14). Pumpkin pie with whipped cream will be the dessert of choice ($5). Open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
