Last month, we celebrated Mom in all her glory. This month, it’s time to celebrate Dad! With Father’s Day coming up right around the corner on June 17th, we want to make sure you’re prepared with all the goods and activities to enjoy the day with the fam. A shout-out to all the non-traditional fathers and father figures out there who have mentored, coached and played an immensely impactful role in the lives of others. Seriously, you rock! Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
From 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., a three-course menu will be offered which will include potato-fennel and Italian sausage bisque soup; two entrée choices (60-day dry-aged bone-in prime rib; or American Wagyu grilled skirt churrasco steak and dark chocolate chip-banana brioche bread pudding for dessert.
The Rez Grill
The property’s newest dining venue will feature a variety of items during a brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. to include farro ($14), chilaquiles ($12), stuffed French toast ($13), The Rez ($13), frittata ($13) and king crab benedict ($24). Additionally, cocktails such as mimosas or Bellini’s will be available ($7 per cocktail or $20 for unlimited), along with the “Smoke and a Pancake” ($14).
Fresh Harvest Buffet
Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Father’s Day buffet from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entrée features will include carved to order prime rib, country fried chicken, house made lasagna, bourbon glazed slow smoked ribs and barbeque lamb porterhouse. It’s $40 per person.

Father’s Day specials will include surf and turf ($32) and Jack Daniel’s BBQ half chicken ($22).
Rise Kitchen & Bakery
From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. holiday specials ($19.95 per person) will include the Smokehouse Trio (entrée) and bourbon bacon brownie (dessert).
Casino Promotion
On Father’s Day, a Sportsmen Sweepstakes will take place. One winner will be drawn every two hours at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. These five winners get to choose one of the following: two (2) Yamaha® GP1800; two (2) Kawasaki Brute Force® 750 4x4i; one (1) Can-Am® Spyder® F3-S; one (1) Harley-Davidson Fat Boy® and one (1) Harley Davidson Tri-Glide® Ultra. Plus, there will be five winners of $1,000 Free Play at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m. Open to all Seminole Wild Card members. Insert your Seminole Wild Card into any slot machine from 10 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. on promotion day to activate your entry.
