Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is excited to announce a new restaurant coming November 2015. Our property, in partnership with renowned chef, restaurateur and television food personality Marc Murphy, will soon be opening a new Mediterranean inspired grill with Italian influences.

The new dining venue will open in the space formerly occupied by The Green Room and we are looking forward to sharing the new venue name soon.

THE SPACE
Guests will be able to enjoy both a lunch and dinner menu inside the dining room which offers 250 seats. The bar will have 25 seats and there will also be a private dining location within the restaurant that will accommodate 50 guests for events.

DESIGN
Located in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, the restaurant is a calming oasis with a bright atmosphere and a restrained palette of warm neutral materials. With no door at the front of the restaurant, a sun-bleached boardwalk welcomes patrons to the round zinc bar. Similar to Mediterranean seaside architecture, the walls are finished with textured white plaster and the floor of the main dining room is a sand colored concrete flanked by travertine terraces. The restaurant is filled with extensive banquettes with lush upholstery. Rosemary planters, preserved lemons, spice jars, olive oil, wine and firewood for the grills are scattered throughout the space. In the center of the main dining room is the zinc-clad chef’s counter, which is framed by a working seafood display and wood fire cooking equipment.
