Are you ready for a Kentucky Derby themed culinary journey?

In advance of the 141st renewal of the Kentucky Derby (scheduled for May 2), Council Oak Lounge at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will host a Woodford Reserve pairing dinner on Thursday, April 30.

Woodford Reserve is a brand of premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation. Each year, the company releases commemorative Woodford Reserve bottlings for the Kentucky Derby and this year is your chance to take home one of the limited edition customized bottles.

The Woodford Reserve pairing dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with Hors d’oeurves followed by a four-course dinner at 7 p.m.

The dinner offerings will include Smoked Scallops, Fried Squab & Squash Salad and Barbeque Spiced Wagyu Sirloin. Each entrée features a twist of Woodford Reserve flavor.

Derby attire.

As we mentioned, those who attend the dinner will receive a customized limited edition Woodford Reserve bottle that is dated and etched specifically from your dining experience.
