Happy 1st Birthday to The Rez Grill!

On this date last year we opened the doors to our newest culinary destination for the very first time. This 5,000 square foot interior has become a place of comfort where guests can enjoy a freshly crafted cocktail and a meal prepared with love. Happy Birthday to The Rez Grill and the team! To celebrate, every guest who joins us for Social Hour, today only, will receive 1 complimentary glass of champagne.

In 1 year, the team at The Rez Grill has accomplished so much. From hosting private dinners for our guests to competing in community competitions to launching Brunch and Social Hour, it’s only just the start.

We couldn’t have done it would our team. A place full of friendships and positivity, the value in this venue is created when the team works in unison for one common goal: to serve our guests with the upmost attention and care.  You guys rock, seriously.

Stop by The Rez Grill and you’re sure to catch Chef Frank Anderson and/or Chef Matthew Zappoli in the kitchen. These two rockers have been the backbone and front-runners to all our menus, dishes and creativity in the kitchen. Their passion is seen from miles away and tasted in every bite of their dishes.

A thoughtful curated menu offers diners a wide variety of elevated comfort food favorites ranging from a selection of items straight from the kitchen’s Jade wood burning grill to hand-made pastas, and dishes meant for sharing that are playfully categorized as “table participation.”

James Manuel and Lorenzo Cardei lead the team’s Beverage Program, training our bartenders and whipping up fresh, innovative and delectable cocktails. Aside from doubling as master mixologists, James and Lorenzo are a part of the management team at The Rez Grill. Cocktails are made-to-order using house-made syrups and juices. Offered is also the 100+ bottle wine menu, a collection of Bourbon and Rye Whiskeys, along with a well-balanced offering of Blended and Single Malt Scotch Whiskeys as well as a variety of American-made vodkas and gins.
