Get in the holiday spirit at Council Oak Lounge on Thursday, December 1 with a scotch whisky pairing dinner featuring The Macallan.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by an innovative four-course menu, presented by Chef de Cuisine Dave Puatu, at 7 p.m. featuring the following:
- Kurobuta Pork Belly with The Macallan 12-years-old Old Double Cask
- Fennel & Coriander Crusted Ahi Tuna with The Macallan 18-years-old Old Single Malt Scotch
- Macallan infused N.Y. Strip with The Macallan Rare Cask
- Caramelia Mousse, Banana Crémeux, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch, Ginger Crumble, Passionfruit Gelato with The Macallan Fine Oak 21-years-old
