Council Oak Lounge to Host Scotch Whisky Pairing Dinner Featuring The Macallan

Get in the holiday spirit at Council Oak Lounge on Thursday, December 1 with a scotch whisky pairing dinner featuring The Macallan.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by an innovative four-course menu, presented by Chef de Cuisine Dave Puatu, at 7 p.m. featuring the following:

  • Kurobuta Pork Belly with The Macallan 12-years-old Old Double Cask
  • Fennel & Coriander Crusted Ahi Tuna with The Macallan 18-years-old Old Single Malt Scotch
  • Macallan infused N.Y. Strip with The Macallan Rare Cask
  • Caramelia Mousse, Banana Crémeux, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch, Ginger Crumble, Passionfruit Gelato with The Macallan Fine Oak 21-years-old

There will be a special performance by artist JAC of All Trades. Limited tickets at $376 per person, which includes taxes and gratuity are available for sale by calling 813-627-6630.
