Grey Salt To Partner With Cigar City Brewing And Creative Loafing’s Tampa Bay Restaurant Week

Grey Salt will host its first beer pairing dinner on Wednesday, July 6 featuring beers from Cigar City Brewing.

The dinner will take place in Grey Salt’s private Wine Room and tickets are $125 per person (including tax and gratuity). They may be purchased by calling (813) 627-6630 or via email at [email protected]. Space is limited.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by a four-course seated dinner at 7 p.m. featuring the following beers:

  • Florida Cracker Belgian-Style White Ale
  • a special brewery-only release
  • White Oak Jai Alai IPA + Jai Alai IPA
  • Vanilla Maduro Brown Ale

The four-course meal will include:

  • Passed hors d’oeuvres of Profiteroles and Scallop Crudo
  • Butter Poached Lobster Tail
  • Porchetta
  • Beer Affogato
