Grey Salt is hosting a wine pairing dinner featuring wines from the Bergström Winery on Thursday, June 2, and we’ve got everything you need to know:
- The dinner will be hosted by Chef Marc Murphy, Josh Bergström (Bergström owner and winemaker) and David Lombardo (Grey Salt’s Wine + Beverage Director).
- The dinner is taking place in Grey Salt’s private Wine Room.

- The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by a four-course seated dinner at 7 p.m. featuring the following wines:
- Lucien Albrecht Brut NV Cremant D’Alsace France
- Bergström Sigrid Chardonay 2014
- Bergström Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014
- Bergström Gregory Ranch Pinot Noir 2014
- The four-course meal includes:
- Hors d’oeuvres: goat cheese profiteroles and deviled egg niçoise
- First course: diver scallop crudo
- Second course: mustard crusted halibut
- Third course: squab
- Dessert: coconut panna cotta
