Calling all Tampa Bay wine lovers! A Ridge Vineyards Wine Dinner is set to take place at Grey Salt on November 10 and here’s five things you need to know.

1. Eric Baugher, Chief Operating Officer and Winemaker at Ridge Vineyards’ Monte Bello Winery in California, is set to host the event.
2. Taking place in Grey Salt’s private Wine Room.
3. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and is followed by a four-course seated dinner at 7 p.m.
4. The four-course meal includes:
   • passed hors d’oeuvres of mozzarella fritters
   • smoked trout terrine (first)
   • butternut squash ravioli (second)
   • grilled short rib (third)
   • warm bread pudding
