Calling all Tampa Bay wine lovers! A Ridge Vineyards Wine Dinner is set to take place at Grey Salt on November 10 and here’s five things you need to know.
- Eric Baugher, Chief Operating Officer and Winemaker at Ridge Vineyards’ Monte Bello Winery in California, is set to host the event.
- Taking place in Grey Salt’s private Wine Room.
- The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and is followed by a four-course seated dinner at 7 p.m.
- The four-course meal includes:
- passed hors d’oeuvres of mozzarella fritters
- smoked trout terrine (first)
- butternut squash ravioli (second)
- grilled short rib (third)
- warm bread pudding
