Three dining venues at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will present special customized menus on Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 23.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Specials will be served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and include grilled peach & fig salad; Heritage Farm crispy skin turkey confit; root vegetable and Council Oak bacon hash or roasted sweet potato-pumpkin mash; and pumpkin spiced-salted caramel cheesecake. Available as a four-course meal or a la carte.
The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Thanksgiving Day feast between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. ($40 per person, plus tax). Among the items on the menu include traditional roast turkey with giblet gravy, smoked turkey legs, Brussel sprouts with balsamic, pancetta and cranberries, sweet potato casserole and a delectable selection of desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert.
Rise Kitchen & Bakery
Thanksgiving Day features ($16 per person, plus tax) will include roasted turkey breast with traditional sides like cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce and mashed sweet potatoes (entrée) as well as pumpkin or pecan pie (dessert).
