You may have noticed that the slots team is wearing iPods on their arms while walking around the property assisting guests. This isn’t because they want to rock out to their favorite tunes, but because they want to assist with the many tasks involved in slot operations, such as jackpots (our favorite word)!
This brand new innovative technology is called Service Tracking Manager (STM).
STM takes guest service to a whole new level. Here’s why it rocks:
- The technology includes an automatic distribution of requests to the appropriate team members.
- As soon as there is a request with the machine, the system alerts a technician to immediately come to the game and attend to it in a timely manner.
- The system will alert the technician when the guest turns on their machine light for any reason.
- The technology cuts wait times down tremendously.
